1990 Lazy Days 14x72

This 72-foot aluminum houseboat from 1990 combines cruising capability with comfortable residential living. Twin 7.4L Mercruiser engines with 957 hours power the boat, supported by a 12.5 kW Westerbeke generator. A flybridge with dual controls offers commanding sightlines and steering options. Water capacity is 220 gallons, fuel capacity 240 gallons, and holding tank capacity 140 gallons.

The interior accommodates two bedrooms—a master with queen bed and a guest cabin—along with one and a half bathrooms. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub and granite counters, as does the guest bath. Solid teak paneling and cabinets line the living spaces, with hardwood floors throughout the galley, hallway, and bath. The salon includes a leather sofa and chair, a large television, and a fireplace.

The galley is well-equipped with a 30-inch electric range and oven, a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer with in-door ice and water dispensers, a full-size Bosch dishwasher, and a microwave. A Whirlpool stack washer and dryer provide laundry facilities. Central heat and air conditioning rated at 2 tons climate-controls the cabin.

Recent updates include a completely new roof installed in 2022 and new ceilings on the front and back decks completed in 2024. Ceiling fans with lights were added to both bedrooms.
