The Nonsuch 36 is a single-sail cruising yacht built in 1992, designed for easy handling by a small crew or couple. Its distinctive design centers on simplified sail management—the single-sail configuration eliminates the complexity of traditional sailing while retaining full performance. The boat reaches 8 knots at top speed and cruises at 7 knots, powered by a 50-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine.

Below deck, the interior layout rivals larger boats. Three separate cabins provide sleeping quarters, including a spacious forward cabin with a large berth and an aft cabin offering additional rest space.
