1993 Beneteau First 310

A 1993 Beneteau First 310, a cruiser-racer designed by Jean Marie Finot with a reputation for versatility in both racing and cruising. The yacht features a wing keel that enables shallow-water sailing without compromising performance, paired with an easily driven hull form. The fiberglass hull measures 31 feet in length with a 10.5-foot beam and provides 6'2" of headroom. The boat spent its life in fresh water on Lake Winnipesaukee and has been well maintained.

The First 310 accommodates six berths across three separate cabins: a forward double V-berth, an aft double berth, and two single settees in the main salon with a centerline table. The galley is positioned aft on the port side with a three-burner stove and oven, while the starboard side houses an icebox and hanging locker. A full head with mechanical toilet and fresh water shower is located aft on the starboard side, and a water heater is installed.

The sailing rig is fractional with SST standing rigging, fitted with a Harken twin-groove genoa furler, boom vang, and an adjustable backstay. All control lines lead aft to the cockpit. Equipment includes cabin-top and primary Lewmar winches, two cabin-top winches, masthead Windex, and B&G mast-mounted instruments for wind, depth, and speed. The sails comprise a Doyle mainsail and a Doyle 2021 130% genoa. An 18-horsepower Volvo Penta 2002 Series diesel provides auxiliary power. The bottom carries VC-17M paint.
