1993 Custom Gulet Motorsailer

This 1993 custom gulet motorsailer spans nearly 100 feet and combines traditional wooden construction with modern systems throughout. Built at the Gulluk shipyard in Bodrum, the yacht features a wood epoxy hull and teak deck, with an Iveco diesel engine producing 360 horsepower rebuilt in 2025. She reaches a maximum speed of 11 knots and cruises comfortably at 9 knots, with a 750-nautical-mile range supported by substantial fuel and water tankage.

The accommodation comprises five cabins arranged across the main and lower decks, with four ensuite heads. The main saloon showcases British Colonial design with dark wood paneling and bamboo accents, offering generous headroom of over 2.4 meters. Three spacious double cabins each feature marble-clad ensuites, while the main deck provides multiple social areas with distinctive furnishings including 19th-century Chinese tea chests and vintage trunks.

A complete rebuild executed in 2020 replaced approximately 90 percent of the wood and installed new systems throughout. The engine and both Kohler generators were serviced in 2025, with the engine accruing only 20 hours since rebuild. Navigation and communication equipment includes Raymarine chartplotter and radar systems installed in 2017, alongside Simrad autopilot. Electrical systems feature WhisperPower and Victron inverters, a SeaMar water maker producing 120 liters per hour, and comprehensive Dometic climate control.

Deck equipment includes dual Maxwell windlass, two anchor chains with matching galvanized anchors, and multiple hydraulic winches. The yacht carries two timber masts and sails, Arimar life rafts rated for 24 persons, and is equipped with a tender davit. A 2025 tender with 90-horsepower Suzuki outboard and paddleboards complete the outfit.
