1993 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42.1

This 1993 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42.1 is a 42-foot fiberglass cruising yacht powered by a single 50 hp Yanmar diesel engine. The boat features a thoughtfully laid-out interior with excellent use of space throughout. Prior to recent cruising, she received significant upgrades to her electrical systems, including solar panels mounted on an arch and davit, new controllers, and lithium battery installation.

The main cabin centers on a galley to port with generous counter space, propane stove and oven, double stainless steel sinks, and extensive locker and drawer storage. Forward of the galley is a U-shaped dinette with a teak drop-leaf table and an upholstered centerline bench seat with grab bar. A forward-facing nav station sits to port of the companionway, housing radar, stereo, and electrical panels with ample work surface.

The forward cabin features a large V-berth with an ensuite head and shower, plus a seating and dressing area, making it suitable as a second master cabin. Aft of the companionway, a passageway or alternative route through the aft head provides access to the aft cabin. This cabin features a centerline queen berth with seating areas on either side and extensive storage. The large aft head is directly accessible from the aft cabin. Throughout the yacht, storage is abundant and well integrated into the design.
