1993 Sumerset Houseboat

This 65-foot Sumerset houseboat combines spacious accommodations with recently serviced mechanical systems. The aluminum hull is powered by twin 5.7 MerCruiser engines with Bravo outdrives; both engines have been fully serviced with new spark plugs, distributor caps and rotors, oil and filter changes, and new starters. The transom assemblies have been rebuilt with all new internals, bellows, and gimbal bearings. A generator provides power throughout the boat.

The layout includes three staterooms—a master with a king bed and two guest rooms with full-size beds—plus a full bathroom with shower. The kitchen has been remodeled with updated appliances and finishes. An upper deck with a bar area serves as an entertainment space, and a front deck features an Eisenglass enclosure for weather protection. A 3-ton residential AC unit cools the entire interior.

Additional conveniences include washer and dryer hookups for extended stays. The generator has been fully serviced and operates the boat's systems reliably.
