This is a 1994 Callisto 465 Bermudan Sloop, a steel-hulled cruising yacht built to full Lloyd's specification to a Bill Dixon design. The hull and deck were completed in 1994, with professional fit-out by Croft Marine Projects finished later. The boat was launched into commission in 2009 and has since been maintained to a high standard. It features a long keel and keel-hung rudder, a Perkins M90 83 hp diesel engine, and a centre cockpit. The rig includes a Proctor mast and boom with double spreaders and jumpers, twin back stays, and standing rigging throughout in 12mm stainless steel. Sail handling is via Lewmar winches across multiple sizes for different functions, with a fully battened Watson main on Seldon RCB car system and a Kemp Genoa on Harkin roller reefing. A Seaway Francis electric windlass, sprayhood, and cockpit tent complete the deck setup.
Accommodation consists of two cabins. The forward cabin is fitted in maple and contains a double guest berth with wardrobe, lockers, and drawers. The aft cabin features cedar joinery, a double bed, hull windows, overhead hatches, extensive storage, and an ensuite with electric toilet, shower, and marble worktops. A separate forward heads includes an electric toilet, fully tiled shower, and washing machine. The galley has an integral domestic oven and grill, double sink with mixer tap, separate vegetable sink with foot pump, twin-burner gimbal hob, and large fridge and freezer compartments with keel coolers. The saloon offers ash joinery with circular seating, a berth, and entertainment. Additional spaces include a full head-height workshop with stainless steel workbench and a chart table equipped with navigation and communications gear.
Power and systems run comprehensively throughout. A 10 kW generator provides shore power capability alongside 24-volt and 12-volt battery banks with multiple Sterling chargers. An 11 kW Eberspacher central heating system heats domestic water via a 65-litre twin-coil calorifier. Twin electric and manual bilge pumps, automatic bilge sump pump, and grey water management via Vetus pump complete the safety and systems architecture. A 12 hp bow thruster offers manoeuvrability, while 1,000-litre fuel and water tanks in the keel provide extended range. A wind generator and solar panels with regulators support electrical self-sufficiency. Navigation and communication include Ray Marine chart plotter, Icom VHF, AIS, autopilot with Mamba drive, and SART. Safety equipment includes a 6-person life raft, EPIRB, Ocean Signal beacon, and multiple lifejackets with AIS transmitters.
The boat carries a 2.5m RIB with 15 hp outboard and a 2m inflatable dinghy. Two stainless steel BBQs, comprehensive chart and pilot book collections for UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and Atlantic waters,
