1994 Carver 440 Aft Cabin Motor Yacht

This 1994 Carver 440 Aft Cabin is a 44-foot fiberglass motor yacht powered by twin Crusader 454 XL engines. The boat features sea grass flooring throughout, a full hard enclosure, and a windless anchor system. Additional equipment includes a spotlight, bow pads with covers, a generator, and three air conditioning units.

The interior offers two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a galley and spacious living areas designed for extended cruising. The layout provides comfortable accommodation for a cruising family or entertaining guests.

The hull shows 1500 hours of use. The engine top ends were recently replaced with 12 hours of operation since completion.
