1994 Catalina 30

This 1994 Catalina 30 is a fiberglass sailing yacht powered by a 23-horsepower Universal diesel engine. The boat features a full wraparound cockpit enclosure and comes equipped with a storage cradle for winter haul-outs.

Below deck, the V-berth includes a fitted mattress. The cockpit has cushions in good condition. The boat is outfitted with two sets of hatch boards, several fenders, and new dock lines.

Recent work includes installation of a slide track in the mast for main sail hoisting and replacement of most running rigging, completed this summer. The boat has been stored indoors during winters in Northport, Michigan, which has helped preserve the hull and systems. It is currently in the water.
