1994 CMN 39 Modern Schooner

A 139-foot modern schooner built in 1994, this yacht draws inspiration from the legendary racing schooner Vendredi 13 designed by Dick Carter. The hull is fiberglass, and the three-mast rig operates on a hydraulic furling system with centralized cockpit controls, allowing efficient handling with a small crew.

In 2014, the yacht underwent a comprehensive transformation into a luxury cruising vessel. The redesign by Couedel Hugon introduced a contemporary aesthetic using carbon fiber, aluminum, leather, and finished wood throughout. The flush deck design creates generous open areas suitable for sunbathing while cruising.

Below deck, the yacht accommodates six cabins. Power comes from a single Volvo diesel engine. The schooner is equipped for comfortable extended cruising and maintains the performance characteristics of her racing heritage while configured for modern leisurely sailing.
