The 1994 Hatteras 46 Convertible is a fiberglass-hulled sport fisher powered by twin Detroit Diesel 8V92 engines producing 1,440 horsepower total. The boat reaches a top speed of 22 knots and cruises efficiently at 16.5 knots. At 46 feet in length with a 15.58-foot beam, it combines capable offshore performance with refined accommodations.

Below deck, the layout includes two full heads with shower arrangements and a guest cabin with bunks. The galley features Corian countertops, a molded Corian sink, two-burner electric stove, full-size stainless steel refrigerator, and microwave. A full washer and dryer are installed. The main saloon offers a soft leather L-shaped sofa and a large fold-out dining table, with a flat-screen television for entertainment.

Mechanical systems include dual Cruisair air-conditioning units serving the salon, cabin, and bridge.
