1994 Pacific Seacraft 37

The Pacific Seacraft 37 is a 37-foot fiberglass cruising sailboat built in 1994, designed for serious ocean voyaging. She features a modern split keel and skeg rudder underbody, hand-laid fiberglass hull and deck construction, and a Yanmar 50 hp diesel engine with 2,908 hours. The interior combines soft white matte cabin finishes with hand-rubbed teak joinery throughout, and natural light enters through ten bronze opening ports and two large deck hatches. She accommodates six and was engineered for balanced, comfortable motion under sail and the ability to handle extended offshore passages.

Recent major work includes a new mast and boom (stepped after storm damage), new standing rigging, and replacement running rigging. Electronics were upgraded in 2022 with a B&G Vulcan chart plotter, radar, and Simrad below-deck autopilot; a new masthead wind vane and wind instruments are installed. The windlass is a Maxwell HRC 10 with wireless remote, paired with new ground tackle: a Rocna 55-pound anchor with 200 feet of 3/8-inch chain and a Fortress backup anchor. Four Duracell Ultra marine deep-cycle batteries were installed in 2026, and the bottom was sanded and painted in 2026.

Sails include a new North 140-percent yankee-cut genoa, main and staysails approximately ten years old (North brand), and a 150-percent older genoa plus backup staysail. A new Jabsco head, new lifelines and safety netting, and a new mixing elbow complete the recent updates. The port mast pulpit requires repair. A Kiss wind generator is aboard with replacement blades available.

Included are a 9-foot West Marine dinghy with 9.9 hp Tohatsu two-stroke outboard, dock lines, bumpers, spares, chart books for Florida and the East Coast, propane grill, and various provisioning and maintenance supplies.
