1995 Catalina 320

This 1995 Catalina 320 is a spacious cruising sailboat built with a fiberglass hull and designed for comfortable coastal sailing. At 32 feet 6 inches long with an 11-foot 9-inch beam, it draws 4 feet 3 inches with its wing keel. The boat carries a Perkins M30 diesel engine rated at 29 horsepower, with 1,050 hours on the engine. A single 19-gallon fuel tank, 86-gallon fresh water tank, and 20-gallon holding tank support extended cruising.

The interior sleeps seven across two staterooms and features teak and holly sole flooring with teak finish joinery throughout. The main cabin includes a sofa/bunk, and there is one enclosed marine head with shower. The galley has a double stainless steel sink, two-burner propane stove and oven, Adler Barbour refrigerator, and microwave. A 1600 BTU air conditioner and heater were installed in 2023, along with a new hot water heater the same year. Navigation equipment includes a Ritchie binnacle compass and VHF radio.

The rig carries a mainsail, 110% genoa, and 155% genoa. The mast was stepped in fall 2022 and inspected and tuned by Great Lakes Rigging. The boat has a Maxwell windlass with foot switch, Lewmar winches, dodger and bimini top, and a walk-through transom. Deck hardware includes a custom winter canvas cover made in 2022, and the cutlass bearing was replaced in 2024. New lifelines are on board but require installation following bow pulpit repair.

Electrical systems include two shore power connections with 50-foot 30-amp cords, two Group 4D batteries installed in 2023, battery charger and inverter, VHF radio, AM/FM/CD stereo, and navigation and deck lighting. The bow pulpit requires replacement or repair.
