1995 Custom Boathouse

This 32-foot by 15-foot boathouse provides secure, covered storage with an electric lift system designed to keep a boat out of the water year-round. The well accommodates vessels up to 29 feet 6 inches deep, 10 feet 2 inches wide, and 10 feet 7 inches high. The structure features a metal garage door with a canvas extender that extends to the water line, offering weather protection while maintaining easy access for launching and retrieval.

The boathouse is equipped with practical working infrastructure: an electric cable hoist with additional flotation, overhead door operator, running water supply, and comprehensive electrical services. Lighting throughout the space is designed for visibility during maintenance, cleaning, and equipment loading.

Out-of-water storage under cover protects the hull and running gear from bottom growth, corrosion, and salt-air exposure—significant advantages on the BC coast.
