1995 Hunter 35.5

The 1995 Hunter 35.5 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built for cruising and family use. Powered by a 27 hp Yanmar diesel engine, she reaches a cruising speed of 6 knots and has been maintained exclusively in freshwater. The boat features an efficient mainsail handling system with a Tides track, lazy jacks, and an electric winch that eliminates heavy manual grinding. Six self-tailing winches throughout—including two newer Lewmar EVO #30s and #44s at the cockpit plus two on the cabin top—provide control across the deck.

The cockpit is designed for comfortable cruising with two stern rail seats equipped with drink holders, a cockpit table, folding wheel at the helm, and cushions. A dodger and cockpit awning offer weather protection. Below deck, two cabins and one head provide accommodation for family or guests, with custom companionway doors featuring screen inserts for ventilation. The upholstery has been recently renewed throughout.

An autopilot supports short-handed sailing. The Yanmar engine has been serviced with new filters and winterized for the season.
