The 110-foot steel-hulled Magic Charm is a purpose-built dinner and event charter boat constructed by Skipperliner Industries. Extended to its current length in 2004, the yacht accommodates 215 passengers and is powered by twin 410-horsepower Caterpillar diesel engines with a cruising speed of 9 knots.
The interior features a clear-span design uninterrupted by support columns, allowing flexible use of the event space. The boat includes four heads distributed across multiple decks, a full galley, a serving bar on the lower deck, and a dining area. Large picture windows run the length of the hull for passenger viewing.
In 2018, the yacht underwent comprehensive renovation encompassing the upper guest deck, both upper and lower guest heads, the lower dining area and serving bar, galley, and all associated wiring, plumbing, lighting, flooring, finishes, appliances, and furnishings throughout. In 2023, the hull was hauled for work including new zincs, sandblasting, painting, and recertification. The aft top deck received new carpet and a removable canvas top. The boat features air conditioning and heating.
