This 75-foot aluminum houseboat offers three bedrooms with a queen master, guest cabin, and cuddy, along with two full bathrooms featuring tile showers, vanities, and heads. The main salon centers on a custom entertainment setup with a 50-inch smart television, while the galley showcases granite countertops, wood flooring, stainless-steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, smooth-top electric range with oven, full dishwasher, and microwave. Additional conveniences include a front-loading washer and new Bosch dryer.
Twin Mercruiser engines with 1,029 hours power the boat, supported by a 15 kilowatt Westerbeke generator (2,230 hours). The fuel and water systems carry 200 gallons each, with a 160-gallon holding tank and new 20-gallon hot water heater. MMC controls manage the engines, while a three-ton central heat and air system maintains climate control throughout. The electrical system has been updated to a new GFI power supply.
On deck, the flybridge features new molded seating, dual controls, and a Bimini top. A new hard top party structure with integrated fans, lights, speakers, television, and bar was added in 2024. The front deck received an enclosure in 2024 with heat-protective solar drapes and a modular sofa system rated water, fade, and stain resistant. A roof-mounted PWC davit provides water toy launching capability. An out-drive service was completed in 2022.
