This 75-foot aluminum houseboat was built by Sailabration and is powered by twin 135-horsepower Honda EFI engines, with a cruising speed of 8 knots and maximum speed of 12 knots. The boat is equipped with bow and stern thrusters, making maneuvering and docking straightforward for a vessel of this size. A Kohler 13-kilowatt marine generator supports the onboard systems.
The interior features real maple wood joinery throughout, with a side hallway layout that separates two staterooms and two heads. Full residential amenities are installed, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, range and microwave, and a washer-dryer combination. A 3-ton water-source heat pump provides climate control, and a water purification system with UV sterilizer is integrated into a whole-house manifold system. The boat also has a 3,000-watt inverter for power management.
Outdoor living areas include a forward flying bridge with fiberglass hardtop and seating, as well as a wet bar with its own fiberglass hardtop. Both front and rear deck enclosures are fitted, and upgraded window treatments are throughout. A windlass with rode storage is mounted forward. The Kohler generator shows 370 hours, and the boat has been regularly maintained with low engine hours.
