1996 Carver 430 CP

This 1996 Carver 430 Cockpit Aft Cabin is a 43-foot fiberglass sedan bridge powered by twin Cumins diesel engines delivering 630 horsepower. The boat cruises at 12 knots and reaches 17 knots at full throttle. Dual cockpit and side deck entrances provide convenient access for docking and line handling.

The main salon features a wraparound couch opening to a galley with full-sized dinette and ample storage throughout. The aft cabin serves as the master stateroom. Both heads include separate showers and vacuum toilets. Climate control is managed by three 16,000 BTU Marine Aire air conditioning units. The pressurized water system draws from both onboard and municipal sources, with a six-gallon hot water tank heated via heat exchanger or 110-volt element.

Navigation and communication equipment includes a 10-inch Raymarine chartplotter with Navionics USA/Canada chip, Map Tech electronic charts, AIS, and two VHF radios. The boat carries all required Coast Guard equipment, lines, fenders, and anchoring gear. A Mercury inflatable dinghy with 2024 Tohatsu 9.9 outboard is included.

Recent maintenance includes new carpet in the salon and aft cabin (2022), a new Norcold refrigerator (2021), and propeller tuning with bottom rough sanding and two coats of anti-fouling paint applied in March 2025. The Cumins engines completed their 1000-hour recommended service.
