1996 Hunter 280

The 1996 Hunter 280 is a 28-foot fiberglass sloop built for coastal cruising and day sailing. Powered by an 18 horsepower Yanmar diesel inboard engine, she offers practical performance for a boat of her size. The hull features an open transom and is equipped with wheel steering for comfortable helmsmanship.

The deck layout includes main and roller-furling jib systems, a recently repainted nonskid surface, and a bimini top for sun protection. Practical features include a stainless steel fold-down swim ladder, stern rail seats, jib sheet cars on tracks, five rope clutches, deck organizers, and a VHF radio for communication.
