The 1996 Princess 440 is a 47-foot fiberglass motor yacht with twin Volvo Penta TAMD 72A diesel engines producing 430 horsepower each. The boat reflects the enduring appeal of Princess's design philosophy, with efficient use of interior space throughout.

The yacht underwent an extensive interior restoration in which all ceilings and walls were removed and refitted with new materials. The original glossy wood interior was replaced with high-quality vinyl finishes, creating a contemporary aesthetic while maintaining the build quality Princess is known for. This work gives the boat a fresh, modern feel comparable to newer vessels.

The twin engines have approximately 1150 hours of operation. The hull received anti-fouling paint and engine service in July. The boat's fiberglass construction and thoughtful layout make it well-suited to cruising and extended time on the water.
