1996 Royal Huisman Custom

This 132-foot custom sailing yacht was built by Royal Huisman in 1996 and underwent a comprehensive refit in 2007. The aluminum hull and superstructure combine with teak decks and a robust design by Ted Hood for the exterior, while John Munford developed the interior layout. Twin MTU 6R 183 TE 93 diesel engines deliver 570 horsepower each, supporting a cruising speed of 11 knots and maximum speed of 13 knots. The yacht carries 10,000 liters of fresh water and is equipped with joystick steering in the pilothouse.

The deck salon features expansive windows for natural light, high tables positioned on both port and starboard sides, and a forward pilothouse area with a movable partition. Below, the main salon showcases teak paneling with a dining and lounge arrangement. Guest accommodations include a full-beam master stateroom with two double beds, extensive storage, and an en suite bathroom, plus two twin guest cabins, each with private heads.

The crew quarters occupy separate spaces with a captain's cabin, two bunk cabins, crew dinette, and galley with pantry. The layout accommodates up to eight guests and six crew members across six cabins, providing complete facilities for extended cruising or charter operations.
