This 39-metre sailing superyacht was designed by Philippe Briand and built by R.B. Dereli Yachts. The composite hull combines sailing performance with motor capability, achieving over 12 knots under either mode. A single Caterpillar diesel engine rated at 543 hp powers the yacht, delivering a cruising speed of 11 knots and a range of approximately 4,600 nautical miles.

The interior, styled by Eva Cadio & Co, accommodates 8 to 10 guests across four cabins—a master suite, VIP cabin, twin berth, and additional guest cabin—each with private heads. The design balances elegance with practical comfort throughout.

Water recreation equipment includes a Castoldi Jet tender with 125 hp, a 2.6-metre Zodiac with 4 hp outboard, an underwater scooter, wakeboard, waterskis, and four diving cylinders. The yacht is set up for both leisure cruising and active water sports.
