The 1997 Pacific Seacraft Crealock 34 "Soleil" is a respected offshore cruising sailboat built around a proven, seaworthy design. Powered by a 2020 Yammer 3JH40 40-horsepower diesel engine with approximately 407 hours of operation, the boat was completely repowered with new shaft work, fuel systems, controls, and instrumentation. The engine receives regular annual maintenance. Recent mechanical work includes a new stainless steel mixing elbow, PSS dripless shaft seal, renewed rudder packing, a MaxProp feathering propeller with fresh zinc, and bonded propeller shaft, all completed in 2025. A spare bronze propeller is included.
The sailing rig is well-equipped for offshore work. A Harken Mk II roller furling system, removable inner forestay, and Selden bowsprit support asymmetrical spinnaker flying. Sails include a mainsail with two reef points, Ullman genoa and reefable staysail, plus spare mainsail and 130-percent genoa. All Harken self-tailing winches were overhauled in 2026. Navigation and electronics center on a Furuno NavNet 3D chartplotter and radar with mast-mounted dome, Furuno NavPilot autopilot, and wind instruments. Communication gear includes an Icom IC-7000 HF/VHF/UHF transceiver and Icom M604 VHF radio. An Maretron multifunction display ties systems together.
Below deck, accommodation features a V-berth with custom mattress, enclosed head with composting toilet, a Force 10 propane stove with oven, double stainless sink, hot and cold pressure water, cockpit shower, and Atwood water heater. Frigoboat refrigeration and freezer, Webasto diesel heating, and a PUR PowerSurvivor watermaker (currently pickled) round out the galley and climate systems. The electrical setup includes a 12VDC/110VAC system with AGM battery bank, Victron solar charging with mast-mounted panel, Heart Interface inverter, and galvanic isolator. LED lighting throughout the interior.
Deck equipment includes a Muir electric windlass with foot controls, Rocna 20 anchor, 200 feet of chain and 100 feet of nylon rode. A full cockpit enclosure with custom cushions, folding teak table, and stern ladder with teak steps provide comfort and shelter. The hull was bottom-painted and seacocks serviced in 2025. The boat is U.S. Coast Guard documented, with extensive manuals, spare parts inventory, and records of consistent professional maintenance included.
