1998 Bayliner 4788 Pilot House Motoryacht

This 1998 Bayliner 4788 is a 47-foot fiberglass pilothouse motoryacht powered by twin Cummins 5.9M diesel engines rated at 330 horsepower each. The design suits extended cruising on sheltered waters, including the Intracoastal Waterway and Great Loop routes.

The boat has benefited from numerous systems updates and replacements over recent years. Engine management includes a 2018 bow thruster and 2022 rebuilt Hydrualic steering. Power generation is handled by an 11-kilowatt Kohler diesel generator, with shore power at 50 amps, two house batteries installed in 2020, and a 2017 Mastervolts battery charger. Cooling systems include three air conditioning units added in 2022 and a 2016 water heater with 30-gallon capacity.

The pilothouse and bridge areas are well-appointed for cruising comfort. Enclosures and covers added in 2019 include a bridge bimini with aft bimini, roll-up windows with Eisenglass, a cockpit enclosure, three side panels, and extended bridge cover with cushion covers.
