1998 Carver 530 Voyager Pilothouse

This 1998 Carver 530 Voyager Pilothouse is a 53-foot fiberglass pilothouse motor yacht powered by twin Volvo Penta diesel engines producing 1,220 horsepower combined. The boat has cruised on freshwater since new and will run to 26 knots, with a comfortable cruising speed of 22 knots. Trim tabs and bow and stern thrusters with remote docking assist aid handling and maneuvering.

The interior centers on a spacious cherry wood salon with the galley forward and a curved settee beside the centerline lower helm. The pilothouse features overhead access to the flying bridge, where an upper helm station and circular lounge area accommodate up to nine adults. Below deck are three staterooms and two heads. The master stateroom spans the full beam and includes a private head with tub and shower, plus washer and dryer facilities. The forward VIP stateroom holds a walkaround queen berth, while the third stateroom offers flexible bunk or sofa sleeping.

Climate control includes four air conditioning and heating units throughout. Deck amenities include a windlass anchor system, an electric davit on the aft fly-bridge, and a swim platform with Nu-Teak flooring. A Kohler generator powers the boat underway. The electronics package comprises Raytheon radar with GPS and chartplotter, autopilot, and separate stations on both the pilothouse and flying bridge levels.

The engines have logged 1,950 hours. Recent updates include new wood flooring in the salon, and the boat carries two spare propellers. Onboard WiFi hot-spot and remote docking assist controls are installed.
