1998 Com-Pac 23D

This 1998 Com-Pac 23D is one of only 35 examples built with the Yanmar diesel inboard engine. The boat features a 10 hp Yanmar diesel with approximately 388 hours of runtime, paired with a fiberglass hull measuring 23 feet in length and just over 7.8 feet in beam. The design delivers solid construction and stable handling, making it suitable for both novice and experienced sailors, with a maximum speed of 8 knots and a cruising speed around 5 knots.

The boat has been garage kept and carefully maintained throughout its ownership history, having been sailed on Lake Michigan and Lake Mendota. Recent upgrades include a foil rudder, new mainsail, bimini top, boom tent, and fresh interior cushions. The included trailer has been upgraded with electric-over-hydraulic braking and LED lighting for improved towing safety and ease of launching.
