This 1998 Sumerset houseboat measures 80 feet long with a 16-foot beam and aluminum construction. It is powered by twin 5.7-liter EFI Mercruiser engines with electronic controls and supported by a 20-kilowatt Westerbeke generator. The boat carries 285 gallons of fuel capacity and 320 gallons of fresh water, with two 18-gallon hot water heaters providing ample supply throughout.

The interior layout includes three bedrooms with a king master featuring a vanity, a queen guest cabin, and a cuddy office with desk and cabinets. Two full bathrooms contain heads, vanities, showers, and a Jacuzzi tub. The galley features a 30-inch smooth-top self-cleaning range, full-size dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispensers, and a trash compactor. Living spaces include a salon with a sectional sleeper sofa, glass dining table with four chairs, and a galley bar with seating. Custom maple cabinetry, trim, and paneling finish the interior throughout, with solid surface countertops. A full-size stacked washer and dryer provide laundry capability.

Outdoor amenities are extensive. The 36-foot canvas party top covers the flybridge, which features dual controls and built-in seating, along with lighting, fans, and rope lighting. A Jacuzzi hot tub sits on the top deck. The roof bar includes a refrigerator and sink. Front, top, and aft decks are furnished with deck furniture. The aft deck has a PWC ramp and an associated 95-gallon fuel tank. Central heat and air conditioning (4 ton) and full window and door insulation maintain comfort. The boat includes a 3,000-watt inverter and a custom entertainment center with surround sound, satellite, VCR, and 72-inch television. A 3,000-watt inverter is fitted; the batteries require replacement. The aft deck PWC ramp needs repair.
