This 81-foot aluminum houseboat was built in 2021 and designed as a luxury multi-suite floating home. The Pace features a reverse floor plan across three levels, with a sun deck on the upper level and two separate master suites—one on the main deck and one on the second level, each with its own full bathroom. Five bathrooms in total serve the accommodation spaces throughout.

The boat sleeps multiple guests across ten bedrooms, including six guest rooms, three queen-bed suites, two kids' cuddies, and the two master staterooms with king beds. The main deck holds a full galley equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, and built-in barbecue with stainless hood. An upper deck bar features granite counters, a gas stove, ice-maker, and additional appliances. Dining and gathering spaces include a leather sectional in the salon, a teak table seating ten on the upper deck, and conversation and fire pit areas.

Entertainment systems are integrated throughout, with a 60-inch television and surround sound in the main salon, a 60-inch LED screen on the top deck, and additional televisions and DVD players in the staterooms and cuddies. Climate control includes two central air and heating systems on the main floors plus 7000 CFM coolers on the second level and two ceiling fans. A satellite television system, iPod docking station, and ship-to-shore marine radios round out the onboard technology.

Power comes from a single 1000-gallon diesel fuel tank with an auxiliary 500-gallon gasoline tank, serviced by a generator system. Navigation equipment includes an upper and lower helm with electronic instruments, anchor lights, bow thrusters, and a windlass anchoring system. The boat features custom granite countertops, ceramic tile, full carpeting, low-e tinted windows, and teak furnishings throughout. Additional features include a fresh water processing system, 1250-gallon holding tank capacity, washer and dryer, backup and side cameras, and a full swim platform with custom water stairs.
