1998 Sumerset 86' by 18'

This 1998 Sumerset houseboat measures 86 feet by 18 feet with an aluminum hull. Twin 5.7LX EFI 260-horsepower Mercruiser engines with Bravo 2 outdrives provide power; both engines have logged fewer than 300 hours. A Westerbeke 20.0BEG generator runs the bow and aft thrusters. Control stations are positioned at both the upper and lower helms using Microcommander systems.

The boat sleeps four in three staterooms plus a master bedroom, served by two full heads with one located in the master. The galley is fully equipped with full-size appliances, and a washer-dryer stack is built into the master bedroom. The expansive upper deck includes a bar area and a large sunshade supported by an aluminum frame.

The aluminum cabin and deck work have been maintained throughout the boat's service history. It has been owned since 2003 and was delivered new to the lake in 1998.
