This 87-foot aluminum houseboat is a custom-designed reverse floor-plan built in 2023, spanning 22 feet in beam. It accommodates up to 30 adults with sleeping arrangements across two private master suites with king beds, three upper-level queen suites, three lower-level queen cabins, and two kids' cuddy spaces. The boat houses five bathrooms—three full 3/4-bath setups and two half-baths—along with a full galley equipped with commercial-grade appliances including a 66-inch refrigerator/freezer, full-size stainless steel range, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, and trash compactor.

The three-level layout centers on a reverse design with extensive deck space. The main salon features a leather sectional with ottoman, while upper and lower salons provide additional seating and entertainment areas. Two helm positions—one upper deck and one interior—offer full instrument panels and navigational capability. The top deck includes a custom bar with granite counters, ice-maker, and seating for ten, plus a bathroom pod with freezer and refrigerator. Electronic systems include dual ship-to-shore radios, Starlink connectivity, a 60-inch interior TV with surround sound, and upper deck 60-inch LED TV with 52-inch ceiling fans in screened areas.

Power comes from twin 170 HP diesel Mercruiser engines with Bravo II drives and dual 30 kW Northern Lights diesel generators. Fresh water processing is handled by a UVB system feeding a 900-gallon holding tank. The boat carries 1,000 gallons of diesel in main tanks plus 500 gallons of auxiliary gasoline. An 8,000-watt inverter with 24-battery house system provides auxiliary power. Central air conditioning and heating serve the interior throughout.

Deck features include a third-level sun deck with custom fire pit and Sunbrella seating, full extended swim platform with custom water stairs, four PWC ramps with winches on the cantilevered stern, windlass anchoring with four heads, and upper deck BBQ grill. Safety railings, navigation and anchor lights, running and drive lights, and a spotlight are installed at both helm stations. Interior finishes feature full carpeting in salons and bedrooms, custom ceramic tile in dining and bath areas, custom granite countertops, low-e tinted windows with custom blinds, and complete furnishings throughout.
