The 1999 Bayliner 5288 Pilot House is a 52-foot fiberglass motoryacht powered by twin MAN diesel engines rated at 600 horsepower each, with just under 1900 hours on the engines. The yacht features a raised pilothouse with internal stairway to the flybridge, offering excellent sightlines and practical vessel control. A full complement of navigation electronics includes radar, GPS, VHF, and autopilot at both the pilothouse and flybridge stations. Bow and stern thrusters provide enhanced maneuvering capability, while electronic integrated controls simplify operation underway.
The accommodation layout comprises three staterooms and two heads. The owner's suite amidships features a full-beam queen berth with ensuite head and separate shower, plus cedar-lined locker space. The forward VIP stateroom offers an island queen berth with guest head access, and the starboard guest cabin provides over-under bunks. The spacious salon connects to a well-equipped galley with full-size refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave, and dual sinks. A Westerbeke 15kw generator supports extended cruising, while hydronic diesel heating and air conditioning with reverse-cycle capability provide year-round comfort.
The flybridge includes a full helm station with integrated instrumentation, three-quarter enclosure, wrap-around lounges, wet bar, and davit crane for tender stowage. Wide walkaround side decks with high railings, a large cockpit with transom door, and an integrated swim platform with ladder complete the exterior design. The yacht carries approximately 700 gallons of fuel, 200 gallons of water, and 73 gallons of holding capacity. Hydraulic steering, trim tabs, and a molded fiberglass staircase to the flybridge round out the mechanical and structural features. Upholstery and carpeting have been renewed.
