1999 Beneteau Oceanis 40 CC

The 1999 Beneteau Oceanis 40 CC is a 41-foot sailing yacht powered by a Volvo Penta diesel engine rated at 50 hp. The engine has accumulated only 1,299 hours. The boat features a central cockpit layout, which opens the owner's cabin to exceptional volume and includes an ensuite head. A second cabin and additional head provide accommodation for guests. The fiberglass hull measures 12.96 feet at the beam.

The yacht has undergone extensive maintenance and renewal work. The keel bolts were replaced in June 2020. Engine service included cleaning of the heat exchanger, injectors, and cylinder head, along with replacement of the distribution belt and engine mounts in 2020. In 2024, the gearbox, damper, and engine damper/reverser were renewed, followed by replacement of the Volvo packing gland in June 2024. The deck and cockpit were refitted in 2024 and 2025.

Recent updates include replacement of through-hull fittings and seacocks in June 2025, a new sea water pump, survival equipment, portlight seals, and keel seals, all completed in 2025. The hull underwent repainting in June 2025. Nine opening Lewmar portholes had their seals replaced in 2017 and remain in good order, complemented by fixed acrylic portlights.
