1999 Hunter 340

The 1999 Hunter 340 is a 34-foot fiberglass sloop built for comfortable cruising and straightforward handling. Powered by a Yanmar 3GM30 diesel engine producing 27 horsepower with direct midship drive, she achieves cruising speeds around 5.5 knots with a maximum speed of 8 knots. The deep keel draft of 6 feet and 11,500-pound displacement provide stability in a variety of conditions.

Below deck, the boat sleeps up to six across two staterooms with 6'4" of headroom and includes one head. Fuel, water, and waste capacity are 30, 75, and 30 gallons respectively. The galley and main saloon provide the functional layout typical of the 340 design.

Sail and rigging equipment includes a mainsail and 120% genoa, both new in 2021, along with new running rigging throughout. The StackPack with lazy jacks and cabin top self-tailing winches make sail handling efficient. Navigation and seamanship are supported by a Garmin chartplotter, Raymarine autopilot, Apelco VHF, and B&G instrument package.

Additional equipment includes a 2017 Highfield 10-foot aluminum hull dinghy with motor, custom full canvas covering with window and hatch protection, cockpit cushions, and a Magma barbecue.
