1999 Sea Ray 500 Sundancer

The 1999 Sea Ray 500 Sundancer is a 50-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Caterpillar 3176TA diesel engines producing 1,164 horsepower. The model is recognized for its wide 15-foot beam, expansive cockpit layout, and genuine two-stateroom, two-head accommodation—a practical design that balances the comfort of a motoryacht with agile, responsive handling.

The interior accommodates two cabins and two heads, making the yacht well-suited for extended cruising or entertaining. The open cockpit provides substantial space for socializing and water activities. A Northern Lights 8-kilowatt generator supplies onboard power.

Recent work has addressed both cosmetics and core systems. The boat has received new canvas and isinglass, replaced exterior upholstery, new interior flooring, and significant service to the engine cooling system, including the aftercoolers and heat exchangers. The exterior finish is freshly waxed.
