This 93-foot aluminum houseboat was comprehensively remodeled in 2023 and 2024. It is powered by twin Mercury 5.0 Mercruiser engines with 87 hours of use, supported by a 25kw Westerbeke generator, bow and stern thrusters, and dual windlass anchors. All mechanical systems were freshly serviced as part of the renovation.

The interior accommodates five bedrooms and two full baths plus a half bath, with one king bed and four queen beds. The galley features new stainless steel appliances including a trash compactor and two ice-makers, granite countertops, and a custom blaze grill. New hardwood flooring, granite surfaces throughout, new plumbing with updated fixtures and faucets, and completely rebuilt bathrooms with custom glass shower surrounds define the living spaces. The main deck includes a 75-inch Samsung television with tile surround, new spiral staircase with sea decking, and a bar with granite counters, refrigerator, and ice maker.

Exterior improvements encompass new white paint, hard sides, and a custom extended hardtop. New powder-coated handrails, exterior carpeting, smooth ceiling finishes, and fresh gelcoat were installed. The top helm and seating areas feature custom sea-decking. A comprehensive lighting package includes exterior and interior LED fixtures, stair lighting, and mounting points for exterior signage. Three sliding glass doors and a bow walk plank provide access throughout.

Additional updates include new ceiling fans, battery chargers, an extreme audio sound system with multiple zones and speakers, new exterior furniture, a firetable, a water slide with pump, and new front and rear cameras with audio.
