This 94-foot Sumerset aluminum houseboat from 1999 combines spacious living quarters with reliable twin power. Twin 5.7L EFI V8 Mercruiser engines with Bravo II outdrives deliver the thrust, backed by MMC controls and a hydraulic bow thruster for confident maneuvering. The engines show 403 hours of operation. A 20 kW Westerbeke generator, 2400-watt Trace inverter, and 4.0-ton central heat and air system support extended stays, with 160 gallons of fresh water and 300 gallons of fuel capacity.

The layout includes four bedrooms—a king master suite, king guest suite, queen guest cabin, and cuddy cabin—plus three full bathrooms with heads, vanities, and showers. The main salon features a custom entertainment center with flat-screen television, sleeper sofa, and chair. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a 30-inch range with oven, 36-inch side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, and microwave round out the galley. A laundry room holds an LG front-loading washer and dryer with substantial storage.

The flybridge includes dual controls and built-in seating beneath a 24-inch canvas party top with fans and lights. A front-deck enclosure with hard door, flat-screen television, and furniture extends the living space. Rear-deck storage lockers with shelves and a water slide with 12-volt pump add utility and recreation. The flooring throughout is new LVT from 2025. New fans have been installed both inside and out.
