This 90-foot aluminum houseboat was built with six-inch-elevated ceilings and comprehensive insulation throughout. The layout centers on four private staterooms and three heads, including a dedicated day head on the aft deck. The galley features a large granite island with seating for eight, paired with side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, range, microwave, and icemaker. The salon offers wood flooring, an L-shaped sofa, and entertainment systems including dual televisions with surround sound.
The master stateroom has a king bed with a private full head featuring tile shower and dual sinks. The VIP stateroom holds a queen bed with substantial locker and drawer storage. Two additional staterooms provide a queen and twin berths respectively. A full head in the hallway serves the guest accommodations.
Power comes from twin MerCruiser 5.0 MPI engines with Bravo II outdrives totaling 520 horsepower. A Westerbeke 20-kilowatt generator with PTO supports hydraulic systems including bow and stern thrusters. The bridge hardtop shelters the helm, which features a Garmin chartplotter, VHF, depth finder, rudder angle indicator, and dual helm stations. Lower helm controls include anchor windlass, Xantrex inverter, and microcommander engine controls.
The boat includes a large swim deck, PWC winches, teak furniture and wood lay-in flooring on the forward deck, washer-dryer stack, two water heaters, and a hot tub on the upper deck. Additional amenities include a large bar with kegerator, Green Egg grill, and wrap-around helm seating. The engines and generator received a full tune-up and service in March 2025, with the generator showing 2,910 hours and the engines logged at 845 hours.
