1999 Van Wijk Van Wijk 8.30

This 1999 Van Wijk convertible is a 27-foot polyester cruiser built by Van Wijk in Woubrugge. Powered by a Yanmar 4JH3-DTE 125 hp turbodiesel with approximately 1,800 running hours, it features a V-bottom hull with solid teak trim throughout the deck and cockpit. The boat carries a 120-liter fuel tank and 47-liter fresh water tank, with a 25-liter water heater for onboard comfort.

The layout accommodates two berths and includes one head with a manual toilet. The cabin features solid teak interior woodwork and blue fabric upholstery. Galley facilities are installed, and the cockpit benefits from a retractable tent canopy. Stainless steel bollards, fenders, and mooring lines are fitted, with a loose anchor provided.

The electrical system runs 12/230V power with shore connection capability. A Victron MultiPlus 70A charger and 1600W inverter manage auxiliary batteries: two 120 Ah service batteries, a 120 Ah bow thruster battery, and an 80 Ah engine start battery. The bow thruster (installed 2025) and anti-fouling treatment (2025) are both current. Navigation and engine monitoring instruments include compass, depth sounder, hour meter, and comprehensive gauges.

The boat is equipped with a water pump, bilge pump, fire extinguisher, and sound system. CE Category C certification is held.
