2000 Azimut 42

This 2000 Azimut 42 is an Italian-built flybridge cruiser powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines producing 770 horsepower combined. The boat cruises at 25 knots and reaches 30 knots at top speed. With approximately 1,100 hours on the engines, recent service work includes a 1,000-hour engine service completed in 2025 and new transmission coolers installed in 2026. The boat is also equipped with a Kohler generator, bow thruster, and dual helm stations — one on the flybridge and one below with navigation upgrades from 2024.

The open flybridge is a defining feature, offering unobstructed 360-degree views with generous U-shaped companion seating, a sun lounge area, and a new Bimini top installed in 2024. Below deck, the salon is flooded with natural light through panoramic windows and showcases high-gloss cherrywood interior joinery paired with Italian leather seating. Custom cabinetry includes dedicated storage drawers for dishware and glassware, and the boat comes with original Azimut-branded tableware.

Accommodations consist of two staterooms and two heads. The forward owner's stateroom features an island berth with a private ensuite head, while the guest stateroom provides comfortable space for family and friends. The full galley includes an electric cooktop, microwave, large refrigerator, and freezer. The boat also features air conditioning and heat throughout, a windlass anchor system, wide side decks, a foredeck sunbathing area, and a swim platform with transom access.

The fiberglass hull measures 42 feet in length with a 13.6-foot beam. A current 2024 insurance survey is available.
