This 2000 Cabo Rico Cutter 45 was designed by Bill Crealock and represents one of only eight hulls built in the 45-foot series. The yacht features a traditional clipper bow, curved sheer, and graceful stern overhang paired with an underbody design intended for safety, comfort, and speed. An advanced attached rudder supports her seaworthiness. She is powered by a single 62-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine and carries in-mast furling mainsail, roller-furled jib, and a spinnaker, with power winches for sail handling.
The interior showcases extensive teak woodwork throughout and includes two cabins and two heads. Accommodations feature a washer and dryer, water maker, trash compactor, and generous storage. The boat is outfitted with a full complement of electronics and solar power.
Rigging and systems have been maintained to high standards. The yacht has cruised extensively on the west coast of Mexico and in the Caribbean. She comes equipped with spare parts and tools, and recent work has been completed on the yacht.
