2000 Mainship 390 Trawler

The 2000 Mainship 390 Trawler is a 35-foot fiberglass trawler powered by twin Yanmar 4LHA-STP diesel engines of 230 horsepower each. Both engines feature freshwater cooling, alarm systems, and a standard fire extinguisher setup, with an oil extraction pump plumbed to serve both. The boat was kept in freshwater on the Hudson River until 2021.

The main cabin centers on a lower helm station with full instrumentation, wipers, and washers, opening onto a salon finished in warm teak with designer fabrics. The salon includes a color television, VCR, stereo, and opening windows with screens. A starboard helm sliding door and large screened sliding door to the cockpit simplify single-handed operation. The galley is equipped with a range, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, oversize sink, ample cabinetry, and Corian countertops. The master stateroom features a center island bed, cedar-lined hanging lockers, storage, and an opening portlight and hatch. A second stateroom offers twin berths with a hanging locker, storage, and an opening hatch and portlight. The head is molded fiberglass with a vanity, shower, electric marine toilet, and opening hatch and portlight.

The flybridge offers generous seating for more than six around a drop-leaf table, with a center helm providing excellent visibility and full instrumentation. A wide molded stairway with full handrail leads to the flybridge. Forward access to the anchor is protected by a high bulwark and walk-around deck. The cockpit provides deep storage wells and a lazarette.

Recent updates include new starboard transmission and cooler (2020), a 24-inch Dome Garmin radar (2020), 12-inch and 9-inch Garmin MFD units (2020 and 2017), custom teak fold-away table (2020), back-up camera (2020), 12K BTU A/C unit (2020), kitchen faucet (2020), smart television (2018), and refrigerator (2018). The Kohler generator is routinely serviced, and all belts, oils, filters, and fluids are changed every hundred hours.
