2000 Sweden Yachts 45

The Sweden Yachts 45 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built in 2000, measuring 47.6 feet with a 13.7-foot beam. Designed by Sweden Yachts, this model balances performance with comfort and is known for safe handling, even with a small crew. The hull and rig are engineered for both offshore passages and coastal cruising. The deck layout is clean and functional, with a secure cockpit for the helmsman.

Below deck, the interior features mahogany joinery and is arranged with three cabins offering six berths, two heads with showers, an L-shaped galley, navigation station, and a spacious saloon with U-shaped seating. The layout provides ample accommodation for extended cruising.

The yacht has spent most of its life in indoor storage, contributing to its solid condition. It was equipped with a Volvo Penta 78-horsepower diesel engine with approximately 1,000 hours. Recent upgrades include a new jib (2025), bow thruster (2025), sail drive diaphragm (2021), batteries (2021), multifunction display and radar (2021), Wi-Fi and Bluetooth system (2022), and anchor chain (2024). The rig includes a conventional aluminum mast with single-line reefing boom, self-tacking jib, gennaker, and two electric winches. A diesel generator and conventional auxiliary power complete the setup.
