2001 Beneteau 331

The 2001 Beneteau 331 is a 33-foot fiberglass sailing yacht known for spacious interior volume despite its modest length. Powered by a 30 hp Westerbeke diesel engine, the boat features an in-mast furling mainsail and roller-furling jib for simplified sail handling. Recent upgrades include new standing rigging, new thru hulls, new lifelines, and new sails. The navigation and autopilot systems comprise a Raymarine Hybrid Touch chartplotter with autopilot and sailing instruments.

The yacht accommodates two staterooms plus additional sleeping berths throughout the cabin. The forward cabin features a V-berth, while the main aft stateroom includes reading lights, hanging locker, and storage drawers. The salon includes a U-shaped dinette with a convertible berth. One head serves the vessel.

The galley occupies a U-shaped arrangement aft on the port side, fitted with refrigeration and small freezer box, double stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressure water, and a Force 10 two-burner propane stove with oven. Abundant counter and storage space support extended cruising.

Recent maintenance includes a complete engine service and fresh bottom paint in 2024. The electric head flush pump has been replaced. All control lines are led aft to the spacious cockpit for ease of handling underway.
