2001 Cruisers Yachts 5000 Sedan Sport

This 50-foot 2001 Cruisers Yachts 5000 Sedan Sport is powered by a pair of Caterpillar 3196 diesel engines producing 1,320 horsepower combined. The fiberglass hull reflects a history of careful ownership—the boat spent its first two decades on freshwater before being actively cruised through the Great Loop and down the east coast. The flybridge layout offers commanding visibility and outdoor entertaining space typical of the sedan sport class.

Below deck, the yacht provides three cabins and two heads, offering comfortable overnight accommodations for extended cruising. The main deck accommodates the pilothouse and salon, with galley and dinette spaces for daily living.

A comprehensive refit was completed in March 2026, including full haul-out and bottom service with fresh antifouling paint and multi-coat barrier coating. New propellers, cutlass bearings, shaft seals, and packing were installed, and the shafts received full removal, inspection, and alignment. Engine systems received complete oil and transmission service, with new fan belts and alternator belts fitted. New bilge pumps, house batteries, and battery charger were installed, along with service to the electrical charging system. Additional work included a new bow thruster controller, replacement of the swim platform hydraulic system, professional air conditioning service, stereo upgrade, and full exterior detailing with wax and polish.
