2001 Hunter 320

This 2001 Hunter 320 is a 32-foot fiberglass sloop designed for accessible sailing and comfortable cruising. The boat features in-mast furling on the mainsail, complemented by a new Selden roller furler for the headsail installed in 2023. All control lines run back to the cockpit, and the mainsheet traveler sits on a stainless steel arch above the helm. The large cockpit, shaded by a bimini, provides seating for eight and opens to a spacious lazarette for storing dock lines and fenders.

Below deck, natural light streams through multiple windows and reflects off brightwork throughout the cabin. The main saloon features a plush L-shaped settee with a leafed table that converts to a double berth, while a navigation station with table sits off the port side. The U-shaped galley offers ample counter space and storage, suitable for weekending and short cruises. Two staterooms provide sleeping arrangements—the master forward and a second cabin aft below the cockpit. A single head includes a fiberglass sink and handheld shower.

The boat is powered by a Yammer diesel engine and was maintained in fresh water. Recent updates completed in 2023 include new running rigging in red, white, and blue, a new cutlass bearing, replacement stuffing box packing, and a new bilge pump. The boat handles readily as a coastal cruiser for day sails or overnight passages.
