2001 Maxum 4600 SCB Limited Edition

The 2001 Maxum 4600 SCB Limited Edition is a 46-foot fiberglass flybridge motor yacht powered by twin Cummins diesel engines producing 900 horsepower combined. The boat cruises at 10 knots with a top speed of 18 knots, offering a beam of 14.5 feet for comfortable spacing and stability underway.

The layout includes two staterooms and two heads, with a spacious salon and flybridge entertaining area. Interior volume and arrangement suit extended cruising or liveaboard use. The boat features a dinghy lift and an installed tender system for boarding and water activities.

Recent major work completed in 2024 and 2025 includes bottom paint, shaft and cutlass bearing replacement, new windlass and anchor, new VHF radio, fresh interior and underwater lighting, four lithium LiFePO batteries with a new 60-amp charger, and a full engine service at 1,500 hours. That service included removal and cleaning of aftercoolers and heat exchangers, replacement of impellers and starters, new Cummins Blue coolant, and inspection of turbos. Vacuum pump units for the heads, shower sump, macerator, and trim tab pistons were replaced or serviced. New A/C relay, generator fuel filter, and all zincs complete the maintenance record.
