2001 Sea Ray 420 Aft Cabin

The 2001 Sea Ray 420 Aft Cabin is a 42-foot sedan bridge cruiser powered by twin Mercruiser 370 hp engines with GM 496 CID 8.1L blocks. The boat has approximately 1,050 engine hours and operates with enclosed cooling. A Westerbeke 10kw generator with roughly 910 hours supports onboard systems, and the electrical setup includes single 50 amp 125/250vac service and five batteries with charger.

Below deck, the layout provides two staterooms and two heads. The master stateroom aft features a queen berth with an ensuite Vacu-flush head, stall shower, and vanity. Forward sits a guest stateroom with a double berth, Vacu-flush head, stall shower, and vanity. The interior showcases cherry woodwork, ultra leather furnishings including a convertible sofa and L-sofa configuration, beige carpeting, and solid surface countertops. Three built-in televisions are installed throughout. The galley is equipped with a Norcold 12vdc/115vac refrigerator and freezer, Kenyon three-burner electric stove, and Panasonic microwave/convection oven.

Navigation and communication equipment includes Raytheon VHF marine radio, depth finder, GPS/chart plotter, and RL80 radar. Three CruiseAir reverse cycle heat and air units manage climate control. The boat accommodates eight and includes three water heater systems. An aft deck wet bar with refrigerator, dockside water access, and transom shower extend entertaining and comfort spaces.

Exterior features include a hardtop with full enclosure and bimini canvas with enclosure, both with plexiglas wing doors. Bennett trim tabs manage handling. The aft deck includes carpeting and furniture, while the bow sun cushion, fiberglass swim platform, molded steps, boarding ladder, four fenders with racks, Lofrans windlass, 75-foot anchor chain, and transom locker complete the package. The boat has operated on fresh water only and remained under cover.
