2001 Sea Ray 420 Aft Cabin

The 2001 Sea Ray 420 Aft Cabin is a 42-foot sedan bridge powered by twin Caterpillar 3126 TA diesel engines rated at 340 horsepower each, with 1,095 hours on the engines and 2,250 hours on the 8kW Westerbeke generator. The fiberglass hull has spent its entire operational life on freshwater, supporting serious cruising capability with diesel efficiency.

Two spacious staterooms, each with ensuite heads, anchor the accommodation plan alongside a full galley and large salon. The galley features a three-burner stove, microwave-convection oven, full-size refrigerator with separate freezer, and coffee maker. The salon includes port and starboard sofa seating, with a flat-panel television. The master stateroom also has a flat-panel television. Abundant storage throughout supports extended stays aboard, with a central vacuum system, washer-dryer, and air conditioning with reverse cycle heat for year-round comfort.

Navigation and ship systems are comprehensive: Furuno NavNet multifunction radar and chart display with open array antenna, Ray Marine ST60 tri-data instrument package, and Ray Marine 220 VHF radio. Deck features include all-chain windlass with anchor washdown, remote spotlight, and foredeck sunpad. The aft deck wet bar with refrigerator and full enclosure forward and aft expand usable space. Additional systems include vacu-flush heads with macerator, engine room fire suppression, and an oil change system for straightforward maintenance.
