2001 Sumerset Houseboat

This 75-foot Sumerset houseboat combines substantial living space with dual 5.0L V8 Mercruiser engines producing 440 horsepower total. The aluminum hull design supports four bedrooms, including a king master suite and queen cuddys, along with two full bathrooms. A 15 kW Westerbeke generator provides onboard power, while a bow thruster aids in maneuvering.

The main salon features an entertainment center with television, DVD, and VCR, paired with a 12-volt Sony audio system. The galley is equipped with a 30-inch self-cleaning range and oven, microwave, full-size dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. The boat includes washer and dryer, a roof-top bar with refrigerator and canvas party canopy with lighting, fans, and speakers, plus a flybridge with dual controls, radar arch, and bimini top.

Climate control comes from a 3.0-ton Rudd heat pump system. Water capacity totals 240 gallons with two 19-gallon water heaters, while fuel capacity is 190 gallons. Access to the upper deck is provided by a swim platform with side stairs and spiral stairs. A lake-fed wash-down pump supplies three faucets throughout.

Recent work completed in 2023 includes a master bathroom remodel, new kitchen counters and sink, updated flooring, and custom window treatments. The front-deck enclosure was replaced that same year. La-Z-Boy furniture is installed throughout the interior.
